FILM STORIES & IMAGES
Film Stories are moving memories that become cherished keepsakes for you and future generations. Film gives voice to frozen moments in time and reminds our souls of emotions felt in that moment, allowing you to relieve and share them with others to see and feel as well. It is the most incredible gift you could give your children, and yourself.
Just think what it would have been like to see yourself playing with your grandparents or witness a day in your life as a child in your family home, in 25 years when your children have grown this gift will be that for them.
What to expect....
I join your clan for a few hours to spend time with you and allow beautiful organic moments to unfold naturally. If you like the idea of documenting those silly, precious, tender unexpected moments that stringed together are the essence of your daily life...this is the session for you.
Once filmed I carefully curate, add sounds and music to the film moments that reflect character, beauty and sentiment of your life best. Prepare yourself for an unexpectant, emotional and laughter filled view of how wonderful your life together is through a whole new perspective.

LIFESTYLE SESSION - IMAGES ONLY
An activity focused lifestyle session, perfect for updating your image legacy in between film story sessions or to capture a small slice of your life together at home, at your favorite location or while on vacation. If you’re after a small collection of gorgeous, love soaked images to display in your home or have created into a stunning heirloom album… this session will provide you with exact the right collection of images to showcase and document your life during this period of time.

- 2 hour session experience
- Artistic collection of images
- (5) matted 8x10 fine art prints

What happens after I book?
After you book your session, then we schedule a time for us to chat via phone and coordinate the details of your session. During this time I will ask you questions to get a better idea of your family’s personality and routine. These details will help you decide what parts of your everyday life you want to capture in a film. The emotional response I get from clients once they see their film is truly profound for all involved. It is an investment you’ll never regret making for you and your family. It’s the story of your family; through the lens of an artist who also wishes she could freeze time just to keep life’s most precious moments from slipping away too quickly.
Why book a film & image session?
Because in 25 years from now, YOU deserve to be reminded of how far you’ve come, and how much of yourself you gave to your family. Exploring nature, braiding unruly hair, cooking meals together, snuggling in bed, kissing tiny feet, walking the dog, reading, playing, and living together as a family. These are all the things that make up the magic of life and deserve to be documented and treasured for forever and ever.
What will the session be like? We've only done family image sessions in the past, will it be like that?
Film story sessions are very similar to my editorial lifestyle image sessions...in fact in most cases families aren’t even aware that I’m capturing video.
I allow your life to unfold naturally and as authentically as possible, your film will highlight the most precious and joyous of those moments. It’s like a friend hanging out with you who just happened to bring their camera along. The best part about that is, there's no pressure to look at the camera or entertain it. It's all about you just being you in your environment doing the things you enjoy with those you love most.
We are so keen to invest in this, but we work off a family budget. Can we arrange a payment plan?
